March 19, 2008: The LSAPC was changed to the Petz Equine Club, or PEC, and only allows equines. The site has now been released to the public, but still has some kinks being worked out and new features being added. Thank you for your patience! PEC was actually opened at the beginning of this month, but I forgot to make a note here. - Elf
